Privacy Policy

Operator: Ben Ferguson. Contact: support@inkbark.com.

Inkbark Redline processes the two DOCX files you provide solely to generate comparison outputs. Input files are held temporarily in a restricted processing directory and deleted after the comparison completes or fails.

Generated outputs are encrypted at rest and accessible only through high-entropy capability links. Those links expire after approximately 15 minutes, and expired output data is deleted automatically.

Application logs contain operational metadata such as job identifiers, timing, byte counts and revision counts. The service is designed not to log document text, source filenames, ChatGPT file identifiers or temporary download URLs.

The service does not sell document contents. Hosting providers may process network and infrastructure metadata as necessary to operate the service.

Questions about privacy or data handling may be sent to the support contact above.
